When you qualify, we will give you back your training fees in the form of discounts on your weekly fees. They will be spread over the following 24 months on qualifying.
- You will need to be on a franchise with 1st 4 driving to be able to qualify.
- If you leave 1st 4 Driving, no further payments will be made.
- There is no cash equivalent.
- The amount will be deducted weekly from your fee as ‘your training fee/100’

- If for some reason you were to fail the DVSA qualification process, we will provide additional training as necessary to prepare you to reattempt the DVSA Qualification process with no training costs.
- If you were to fail a second complete cycle of the DVSA qualification process, we will refund your initial training fee.
Subject to the following conditions.
- ALL payments must be up to date
- You must have completed the ‘My Training’ online training course completely.
- You must have completed your ‘reflective workbook’ completely and had all elements signed off by your trainer.
- All training must be approved by us (No third party trainers without our express permission).
- You will work with us on a trainee licence scheme. On both cycles.
- You must have completed full second cycle of the DVSA qualifying process.
- You have attended quality sessions before your 2nd and 3rd part 2 or part 3 tests. (with Dave Foster or a designated trainer)
- You MUST follow any training advice completely as written in your reflective notes from your trainer.
- A DVSA qualification process is three attempts at the part 2 and part 3. A failure is 3 x fails at part 2 or part 3.
- This is not a refund. Your normal rights as stated in your contract still apply and you will be bound by them.

- We will give you a place as a franchised instructor with 1st 4 Driving.
- It may be possible to arrange a franchise with an associate school. We would confirm these terms are still applicable before you began the training process.
- We will offer you the trainee licence option and complete the necessary paperwork for the DVSA.
