Types of payment
CASH
DO NOT keep cash payments in the glove compartment – it’s such an obvious place for thieves to target.
CHEQUES
These are made payable to you. Bank and building society members of the UK Domestic Cheque Guarantee Card Scheme have announced that the Scheme will close on 30th June 2011, meaning that it will no longer be possible to guarantee a cheque under the Scheme after this date.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
These facilities are available for associates of 1st 4 Driving LTD, as well as from other trade service providers. Gift vouchers are then sent out direct to the pupil.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
You can easily set-up a system for collecting online payment for lessons using PayPal. Simple plug-ins can be built into your driving school website (if you have one) which are stored in an online PayPal account. These funds can be used directly from that account with any other merchant that takes payment via PayPal, or more conveniently can be transferred into a physical account at any time after verification. As an associate with 1st 4 Driving LTD, we will set this service up for you on request.
